Our water jet cutting service can cut ferrous and non-ferrous materials, glass, stone, plastics, rubber, foams, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, granite, tile, marble and wood to mention a few.

Waterjet cutting is available for prototype work (small quantities) or production runs (in the thousands). We can modify CAD drawings in-house to make any necessary adjustments during prototype production for your waterjet cutting projects.

Waterjet cutting has been applied to a variety of projects, including exterior signs, industrial lettering, intricate marble tile patterns, architectural details and custom artwork. Waterjet cutting can be used to cut bores and rounds, later finished on lathes. Die components, such as lower die shoes with slug clearance or stripper plates, can also be cut.

5″ Thick Aluminum Block Cleanly Waterjet Cut

Our Par and Flow waterjet cutters cleanly cut a 5″ thick block of 6061 Aluminum for demonstration purposes. You are welcome to stop in to see the results or The “dynamic head” on our Flow waterjet is capable of cutting through materials much thicker than 5 inches, and it will do it within your tolerance! Perfect Part for Custom Water Jet Cutting

What looked like a part that could be easily made from perforated steel turned out to be a perfect part to be waterjet cut. Sometimes our customers have to come up with alternative ways to get their parts made and their jobs done. Examining the pattern of the holes and their dimensions in what looked to be made from perforated steel revealed it needed an experienced waterjet cutting service. Between our Flow and Par waterjets, we were able to cut over 2700 holes with ease, holding a +/-.005″ tolerance.
